Thank you for your interest in hiring a private staff for your home. We are thrilled to start this journey with you. Below you will see a summary of our packages and fees. All potential candidates are prescreened, reference checked and also CPR/First Aid certified.
Part Time and Full Time Placements
New family registration fee is $225 (non refundable).
$2500 or 10% of the Nanny yearly salary, whichever is greater. Includes assistance with backup/emergency care placements with a two weeks notice for the 1st year and a 90 day replacement period. Any replacement after the guaranteed replacement period is 50% of the original placement fee. Details are outlined in the agency agreement.
Seasonal Placements
$250/per month
$700 (up to 3 months)
Babysitting or temporary placements Fees
New family registration fee is $225 (Includes up to 4 placements)
Temporary or babysitting services include date nights, backup care and occasional or as needed child care. Placement fees start at $25/day a nanny is requested. The nanny is paid a separate hourly rate at the end of her shift.
Emergency care where there is a less than 24 hour notice is $50/per day a nanny is requested.
Families that need a ONE time placement will pay a booking fee of $50 and a seperate hourly rate.
Special Events Staffing
There’s a one time application fee of $250 for new Clients. After the first event, there's a placement fee of $50 per nanny plus the hourly pay rate of $25/hr, with 4 hours guaranteed pay. Rates are subject to change based on the nature of the event.
*Nanny hourly wages range from $18-40 per hour based upon duties and experience. Prices are discussed between the Client and Placement upon hiring.
Your investment in your child's care includes the following:
*Please note that all agency fees are separate from the nanny and babysitting rate. Clients are responsible for paying the nanny separately. Clients with full time and part time staff are also legally responsible for withholding the appropriate state and federal taxes. All clients looking for in home staff must offer a pay rate of $18/ hour minimum. A 4 hour minimum is required for temporary and backup care jobs.
