Each candidate goes through a process that requires a background check, references check and also must have at least two years of Childcare education.
My name is Chrystal Wise and I absolutely love children. I truly understand that all children should be loved and nurtured. I was a preschool teacher for 12 years and a nanny for 4 years. I am now the founder of The Wise Nanny Agency. I started this Agency because as more parents are working from home, they need more help around the house with someone they can trust. I understand what families need when it comes to having the proper care inside the home. Therefore I make it my goal to hire the Nannies with the exact professionalism and trustworthiness for each family.
