Every family's needs are different. Placements can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on your requirements and the availability of qualified candidates.

Yes. We offer phone and virtual consultations for busy families.

Yes. All candidates go through a thorough screening process that includes background checks, reference verification, identity verification, and driving record.

Yes, we do offer drug testing as an add on fee.

Yes. We offer childcare services for conferences, corporate events, meetings, and private functions.

Yes. We can staff events with multiple childcare professionals based on the number and ages of the children attending.

Yes. We can arrange childcare services for families visiting the Los Angeles area.

Our placement fees vary from family to family depending on the hourly rate .  Our placement fees also vary based on special events as well. Please reach out to us for our customized rates.  

The family pays the Nanny and the Agency pays the Nanny only for special events.  

There is a 3 month guaranteed replacement during the Nannies first three months of hire. 

Yes. The family becomes the employer and handles payroll, taxes, and employment responsibilities.  We do offer payroll help with a third party.
